Sweet and Sour Chicken
Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken, cooked and cut up in chunks
green peppers, chopped
stalks celery, diced
medium onion, chopped
In large skillet sauté peppers, onions, celery until lightly brown.
Mix ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, pineapple together and stir into vegetables.
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Thicken with a little flour. Add chicken and simmer.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
