Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless, halved
1 to 1-1/2 cups
herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
grated orange peel
butter or margarine, melted
In a shallow bowl, beat eggs; add orange juice. In another bowl combine stuffing mix, paprika, orange peel and salt.
Dip Gerber’s Chicken into the egg mixture, then into stuffing mixture, turning to coat well.
Pour butter into a 9” x 13” baking dish, turning once to butter both sides.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 F for 45 minutes or until the Gerber’s Chicken is tender and juices run clear.
Garnish with orange slices if desired.
