Ground Chicken Parmesan Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

Gerber's Ground Chicken
1 cup
Panko Bread Crumbs
1 cup
Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup
Olive Oil

Onion, chopped

Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 tbsp
Italian Seasoning
2 tbsp
Fresh Basil
1 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Black Pepper

In a sauce pan on stove top, drizzle olive oil in pan then add in chopped onion and garlic, salt and pepper and let simmer. Add in seasoning and basil. Fold in panko bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Using your hands, combine ground chicken and knead in the mixture to combine well. Form the mixture into small balls and place on cooking sheet.

Bake at 450 F for approximately 15 - 18 minutes to a 165 F internal temperature.

Top meatballs with your favorite sauce and sprinkle cheese if desired.
