Creamy Tomato Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 pound

Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken, ground

1/2 cup

onion, chopped

1

clove garlic, minced

1 can (8 ounces)

tomato sauce

1/4 cup

ketchup

3/4 teaspoon

oregano

1 teaspoon

sugar

1 package (8 ounces)

cream cheese

1/3 cup

grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat frying pan to medium temperature.

Add Gerber’s Chicken, onion and garlic and cook; stirring, until Gerber’s Chicken is brown and onion is tender, about 5 minutes.

Add tomato sauce, ketchup, sugar and oregano.

Stir well, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 minutes.

Add cheeses, stirring and cooking on low until cheese is melted and well mixed into dip, about 3 minutes.

Serve in chafing dish with warm nacho chips for dipping.|Makes about 3 cups dip.
