INGREDIENTS

3 cups

Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken, cooked and cubed

14 cups

bread crumbs (toasted) in butter

2-1/2 cups

chicken broth

1-1/2 teaspoons

salt

8

eggs beaten

1/2 tsp.

pepper

1/4 tsp.

sage

1/4 tsp.

celery seed

5 to 6 medium size Idaho potatoes

potatoes, cooked and cubed

3-4 medium

carrots, cooked and cubed

1 cup

flour

5 cups

milk

Directions

Combine bread crumbs, 1 1/2 cups broth, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 beaten eggs, pepper, sage and celery seed, to taste, potatoes and carots in a sauce pan.

Combine remaining broth, salt, pepper, eggs with 1 cup flour. Stir in 5 cups milk, and cook until thick.

Grease a large casserole dish and layer dressing with Gerber’s Chicken and sauce.

Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
