Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken, cooked and cubed
bread crumbs (toasted) in butter
potatoes, cooked and cubed
carrots, cooked and cubed
Combine bread crumbs, 1-1/2 cups broth, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 beaten eggs, potatoes and carrots in a sauce pan. Add pepper, sage and celery seed, to taste.
Combine remaining broth, salt and eggs with flour, pepper and milk, and cook until thick.
Grease a large casserole dish and layer dressing with Gerber’s Chicken and sauce.
Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
