Gerber’s Amish Farm Chicken

1 can (28 ounces)

broth

1 cup

water

as desired

onions

as desired

celery

as desired

carrots

egg

2 tablespoons

milk

1/2 teaspoon

salt

flour

Directions

Combine beaten egg, milk and salt. Add enough flour to make stiff dough, about 1 cup.

Roll very thin on floured surface.

Cut into squares and drop into boiling broth.

Cook until noodles are done, approximately 15 minutes.
